Start your Sunday with a soulful experience designed to restore, awaken, and uplift.

We begin with a slow, grounding Yin practice to gently open the body and calm the mind. From this space of stillness, we flow into an energizing Vinyasa sequence that builds warmth, vitality, and presence. Finally, we surrender into a deeply relaxing Savasana Soundbath, where the soothing tones of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes harmonize your energy and bring a sense of deep peace.

Afterwards, we share heartfelt conversation and meaningful connection over delicious dosas and comforting chai. A nourishing way to start your Sunday with intention, balance, and joy.

The session will be in English and all levels are welcome. Please bring your own Yoga mats.

Munirah is a certified Yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training, a postpartum massage therapist, cacao facilitator, and feminine rituals enthusiast, with more than a decade of personal practice. In Munirah’s classes, students explore the holistic benefits of Yoga – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual – within a supportive, non-judgmental space.
